What we collect for a private jet

When you submit a quote request we ask for your name, phone number, and email address. We also ask for the trip itself: departure and arrival cities or airports, travel dates, passenger count, and any notes about luggage or timing. That is the information we need to price a private jet charter and to put a real quote in front of you.

If you call us, we take the same details over the phone. We do not ask for payment card numbers to produce a quote, and we do not run a credit check to send you pricing.

Why we ask for each detail

Your contact information exists for one reason: so we can send you the quote and answer questions about it. Trip details go to operators so they can check aircraft availability, runway suitability, and crew duty limits for your specific routing. Nothing you give us is used to build a marketing profile or sold to a data broker.

We may email or call about your request after you send it. If you would rather we not follow up by phone, say so in the notes field and we will keep the conversation to email.

Who sees your trip details

We are a charter broker. We do not own aircraft. To price your trip we share the routing, dates, passenger count, and any handling notes with the operators who might fly it. Those operators hold operational control of the flight if you book.

We do not share your name, phone number, or email with operators until you decide to move forward with a specific quote. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to unrelated third parties. Our own staff and the vendors who run our website and email systems can see it in the course of doing their jobs.

Calls may be recorded

Some calls to and from our quote desk are recorded so that we get the details right and can resolve disputes about what was quoted. If a call is recorded, we tell you at the start. You can ask us to stop recording and we will.

Recordings stay with us and are used only for quality, training, and dispute resolution. They are not shared with operators or anyone else outside the company.

How long we keep your information

Quote requests that do not turn into a booking are kept for a limited period so we can pick up the conversation if you come back, then removed. Records tied to a booked flight are kept longer because tax and aviation records rules require it.

You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time. If you do, we will not be able to retrieve an old quote for you, and any active request will be closed.

Private jet charter privacy questions

If you want to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email us through the contact form on this site and tell us the email address or phone number you used for the request. We will confirm what we have and act on your request.

This notice covers this website and our quote desk. It does not cover what an operator does with your information once you book with them directly; ask them for their own policy before you sign.
